Return & Refund Policy
We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are dissatisfied with an item, we want to quickly correct the problem.
1. Simply return the product within 30 days of purchase from the original order date to the warehouse location and we will replace the item.
2. Email customer service at email@example.com with "Return Requested" in the subject line and include your order number within the text.
3. If the item was defective and or damaged during shipping, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. You must contact customer service with 5 days of receipt of the damaged or defective product. In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping and may ship using the carrier of their choice.
4. Returns beyond the 30 day time limit and 5 days will be refused and mailed back to the shipping address of the original order.
5. We do not offer refunds.
6. To cancel an order, please email customer service as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with "Cancellation Requested" in the subject line and include your order number within the text. All orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
